Courtney Kennedy is a Law Clerk in the Long Island Office. Ms. Kennedy earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Franklin and Marshall College in 2020, followed by her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law in 2024. While pursuing her legal education, she gained experience interning with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office in the Civil Division. Ms. Kennedy also participated in the Landlord-Tenant Clinic and served as a Notes Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity. She received CALI Awards in Health Care Law and Criminal Prosecution, which is presented to the student who achieves the highest academic performance in each respective course.
