Nicole A. Wolfer is an Associate in the Valhalla office, where she works primarily as part of the firm’s Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home defense teams. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked on general liability defense cases as well as employment law cases. Additionally, she has experience working on general liability and medical malpractice on the plaintiff’s side. Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Wolfer began her legal career working as a paralegal in various areas of law. Nicole earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from St. John’s University in 2013 and graduated from Western New England School of Law in 2020. Nicole is admitted in New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York as well as the State of Connecticut
