Jocelyn Miller is a law clerk in the Long Island office. Ms. Miller earned her Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Marquette University in 2021, followed by her Juris Doctor from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2025. While pursuing her legal education, she gained experience interning with the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in the Civil Division. Ms. Miller also participated in the Bankruptcy and Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic, where she assisted Suffolk County residents with Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. She received a CALI award in Cybercrime, which is presented to the student who achieves the highest academic performance in each respective course.
