Michael Napolitano is a Law Clerk in the Long Island Office. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating cum laude from Hunter College in 2019, followed by a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice Leadership from St. John’s University in 2021.

Mr. Napolitano received his Juris Doctor degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law Center in 2024. While in law school, he was an active member of the Trial Advocacy and Practice Society (TAPS), participating in numerous mock trials, serving as an executive board member, and later coaching junior members. He also represented Touro’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Society in the 2023 NYSBA Mediation Competition.

In his final year of legal studies, Mr. Napolitano participated in Touro Law Center’s Bankruptcy and Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic, where he assisted Suffolk County residents with Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings. He was honored with CALI awards for his exceptional performance in both the Bankruptcy clinic and Advanced Legal Research, an accolade given to students achieving the highest academic distinction in these courses.

Before joining BPN, Mr. Napolitano interned with a personal injury firm, where he assisted with a diverse range of cases, including medical malpractice, labor law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
