Patrick Duffy is a member of the Valhalla office of Barker Patterson Nichols, LLP.
Patrick graduated from Pace University School of Law in 2025, where he distinguished himself as an advocate on the Mock Trial Team. He competed in multiple national trial advocacy competitions and earned recognition as Best Advocate at the 2025 Online National Trial Competition.
Patrick began building his litigation foundation as an undergraduate intern with the Putnam County District Attorney’s Office in 2019. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Joan Lefkowitz in the Westchester County Supreme Court, where he gained firsthand experience in trial practice and judicial decision-making. In 2024, Patrick joined Barker Patterson Nichols, LLP as a legal intern, assisting in the defense of medical malpractice claims and developing practical experience in all stages of litigation.
Patrick recently sat for the New York State Bar Examination and looks forward to practicing as an attorney upon admission.
