Robert Lobaito is a law clerk in the New York City office. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware in 2021 and earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2025. Prior to entering law school, he interned at the Richmond County Civil Court. During law school, he was an intern for a justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, second department. Mr. Lobaito is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
