Nicole Salerno is Of Counsel in the firm’s Medical Malpractice and Litigation practice groups. Ms. Salerno represents physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals and insurance companies in medical malpractice and professional liability actions. She also defends personal injury cases arising out of automobile accidents, labor law matters, premises liability cases, and general negligence matters.
Ms. Salerno received a Bachelor’s Degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 2010 and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 2013. In a previous position, Ms. Salerno defended general liability cases involving personal injury and property damage for national commercial clients and individual owners. She also has experience handling all aspects of premises liability, labor law, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation matters. Ms. Salerno has briefed and argued cases before the Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division, in the First and Second Departments.
Ms. Salerno is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
