Rachel McGarry is an Associates in both our Garden City and Manhattan offices. Ms. McGarry earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in 2014. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2024 where she graduated on the Dean’s List and was awarded the Dean’s Award for Excellence in both Trial Advocacy and Feminist Legal Theories & Judgments. While at St. John’s, Ms. McGarry was a Senior Staff Member of the ABI Law Review.   Ms. McGarry is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
