On November 2, 2015, Partner Jeffrey Nichols secured a directed verdict on trial in Queens County Supreme Court after completion of plaintiff’s case.  Mr. Nichols represented the interests of a prominent retinal surgeon and his practice against claims that the patient sustained loss of vision in his eye following retinal surgery.  Plaintiff’s counsel demanded 1.5 million dollars.
