On June 5, 2019, Miles Reiner secured a defense verdict in Sullivan County on behalf of a hospital client. The 51 year old plaintiff was brought to the emergency room following a motorcycle accident.
Vigorito, Barker, Patterson, Nichols & Porter was very proud to again sponsor a Little League baseball team in Orange County, New York. The team finished first in the regular season, posting an 8-3 record. On Saturday, June 15, 2019, VBPNP Law lost in the Championship game, 7-6, on a walk off base hit in the bottom of the sixth inning. The boys played hard to the very end.
On May 10, 2019, Mr. Ienna, with assistance from Mr. Jaffa and Mr. Mascolo, secured summary judgment in favor of a third-party defendant commercial electrical company. The case involved a premises liability matter resulting from an accident that occurred within a 22-story office building in the Financial District of Downtown Manhattan.
